CupFam Terms and Conditions

Services

CupFam Wellness Institute provides cupping therapy sessions and professional certification training courses. All services are delivered by certified practitioners and qualified faculty.

Bookings & Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm therapy session bookings. This is processed securely via Razorpay. The balance is paid at the clinic on the day of the session.

Course Registration

A ₹2,000 registration fee secures your seat in a certification course. The remaining course fee is communicated separately and must be paid before batch commencement.

Cancellation Policy

Therapy sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the advance payment. Course registrations cancelled more than 7 days before batch start are eligible for a full refund.

Health Disclaimer

Cupping therapy is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Patients with specific health conditions should consult their physician before booking a session. CupFam will conduct a health screening before all first-time sessions.

Photography & Consent

Before-and-after photographs may be taken for clinical records and marketing purposes only with explicit written consent from the patient or student. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Certification

Certification is awarded only upon completion of the full course, passing practical assessment, and settling all fees. CupFam reserves the right to withhold certificates pending completion of all requirements.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
